This is an Amuseables Musical Pull by Jellycat.  The musical pull comes in two different pulls a sun and moon pull.  To play the music, simply pull the star from the moon (cloud from the sun) and it will play a gentle lullaby made by Jellycat themself.  This is great for an infant suitable from birth and can be placed on any pram or crib.
